Contracting entity
GCC Compliance Matrix is operated by AI Nation. Mudakka Consulting FZ-LLC, a company licensed by RAKEZ in the United Arab Emirates, is the legal contracting entity, merchant of record and technology developer. Stripe receipts or card statements may therefore identify Mudakka Consulting FZ-LLC.
Accounts and acceptance
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and AI and Data Use Policy. We record the date and version of that acceptance. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us of suspected unauthorised use.
Research product
The Matrix is professional decision-support research. It is not legal advice, does not create an adviser-client relationship and does not guarantee compliance or any regulatory outcome. Customers remain responsible for obtaining advice appropriate to their facts, activities and jurisdictions.
Price, payment and delivery
The research price is AED 4,950 as a one-time payment. A separate 30-minute GCC Matrix Research Consultation costs AED 750. Stripe processes payments. Research access and consultation confirmation are provisioned only after payment is verified by our server. Customers are responsible for accurate account and billing information.
Licence and permitted use
A research purchase grants the purchasing organisation a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the delivered material internally. The research may not be resold, publicly distributed, republished, made available through a public repository or used to train a public or commercial AI model without written permission.
Consultations
The consultation provides focused discussion of the research scope, methodology and application to the customer’s questions. It is not legal advice and does not include a custom written report. A selected time is held during checkout and becomes confirmed only after payment verification.
Rescheduling and cancellation
One reschedule is permitted when requested at least 24 hours before the existing appointment. If a customer cancels, misses the appointment or requests a change after that deadline, the AED 750 fee is non-refundable. A refund or replacement appointment will be provided where the provider cancels, cannot deliver the session or applicable law requires it.
Research refunds and statutory rights
Research-product refund eligibility is governed by the disclosures presented at checkout and applicable law, including rules that may apply to digital content supplied immediately. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Mira and automated assistance
Mira may explain the product, search approved customer-service information and request authorised account, booking, payment-status and download tools. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Tool results and payment verification come from protected server systems, not from the model’s own statements.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with Mira or its tools, submit harmful content, probe security controls, scrape paid material, impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available and the research current, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every source, framework or AI response will always be complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly connected to the purchased service.
Applicable law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of any competent authority. We may update the terms as the product evolves. Material changes apply prospectively.
